Brochures/Flyers

brochure

Brochures are standard formats for sharing detailed information in a highly presentable way. There are many templates that are colorful and folded. This makes them an efficient format for providing information about your company, its products, and services.

Make use of our printing and direct mailing through Canada Post to eliminate unnecessary and expensive steps. All you need to do is send us your print job details and we take care of getting your products to your customers! We offer direct mailing from any of our 8 locations across the GTA. We will also help pinpoint your target market and ensure it reaches the correct residences or businesses.

Flyers are similar to brochures but without any folding. They can be used for many purposes, including promotion of upcoming events for clubs. Club Flyers can be compared to postcards but differ in usage. They are usually passed out on the street to promote upcoming events happening in a place nearby. They are colorful and filled with graphics. This makes them very appealing and contain basic information, like the venue, price, and time of an event.

If you would like to order Brochures that require more than one piece of paper, please go to our Catalogs page.

Brochures:

Usual options preferred by our clients are 11" x 8.5" before folding on 100# Gloss Text paper.

It is best to get brochures printed in full colour on both sides (4/4) and coat them with AQ on 2 sides. Tri-Folds, Z-Folds, and Half-Folds are most commonly used. Tri-Folds and Z-Folds give you 6 panels to display your information while half-Folds give you 4 panels.

Flyers:

Preferred common order options are 5.5" x 8.5" and 8.5" x 11" with no folding on 100# Gloss Text paper. Flyers are typically printed in full colour on one or both sides (4/4, 4/0) and are coated AQ 2 sides. Flyers are flat (not folded).

Brochures are traditional marketing tools for a reason - they are an effective way of getting important marketing messages through images and text directly into the hands of potential customers. Customers quickly get a feel for products or services and find answers to many of their initial questions. They are great to include in a sales kit or pass out in high traffic areas.

Our high quality Flyers are less likely to get discarded than other options. Companies usually recruit street teams to pass out Flyers, leave them on cars, or place them in retail environments.

Our experts suggest adding a QR code to your design to link directly to additional online information. This can be a better way to provide more detail instead of cramming lots of detail in your Brochures. You may want to include a performance worksheet or a link to an online video, or even your seminar's schedule. QR codes are linked to an online information site. This ensures that you can change the online information without the need to reprint the QR code.
